Anyone who knows me personally will tell you that I’m uncomfortable talking about my success, especially about the money I’ve made. So, the short version is this: I’ve made several hundred millions of dollars as an entrepreneur since I was in my 20’s. I just turned 41.

I want you to understand WHO I am, and more importantly...WHY I’m offering to be your mentor, if you’re the right person.

I grew up poor on the hard streets of New Jersey. My alcoholic father physically and mentally abused my entire family throughout my childhood.

I barely managed to graduate high school. Afterwards. I went into the Navy thinking I was only qualified to serve as a barber.

Thankfully, a mentor got me to pursue technology instead. This was a major turning point in my life. Before long, I was supervising and training computer technicians and overseeing five departments.

During my military service, I also started going to college, and eventually earned 5 degrees, including an MBA from Oxford and an AMP from Wharton. Around the same time, I started pursuing business interests.

My own father never mentored me. It wasn’t until I went into the military that my first mentor helped me see my true potential.

Since then, I’ve had teachers, professors, coaches and others who have mentored me in all aspects of my life, not just business. It’s made me a better husband & father - basically a better human being.

Now it’s time for me to mentor others. And I’m going to start in my own community. I call it Mentobo.

This isn’t just some run-of-the-mill networking group or boring business card exchange. No way!

Of course, I won’t invest in just anything.

This certainly isn’t how I make my money. It’s not about that.
